Ella is the best, personable and a bada** stylist. She takes her time and gives you what you want instead of trying to “cookie cutter” your hair. I’ll continue to be a loyal customer because of the service and level of expertise I received today

I stopped in today 12/09/2021 and logged in on their Sign in station. It said I was second and it would be 22 mins. I ran across the street to the bank and was back in 10 mins. I waited 15 mins more and they took the person that was next and it said I was ON DECK next. Some guy walks in and signs in and says he just needs a neck trim. One of the people getting their haircut finished up so I was next but they took the guy that came in for a neck trim next and bumped me back 10 mins. I take a clipper cut and I'm in and out in less than 10 mins. There shouldn't be any jumping in front of people that have been patiently waiting their turn. It doesn't matter what people come in for. Totally unprofessional. They should have asked me...we know you have been waiting but do you mind if we take care of him real quick it will just take a few min's? But they didn't! I have always used Sports Clips but that just cost them a loyal customer!!
